We will address foods which support detoxification process and the overall balance in the body as well as foods to be eliminated. Through incorporating these tools into you daily life, you will start creating more balance in your digestive system, as well as the other systems in the body as they are all interconnected. You will profoundly start shifting your body to more balance and more energy.
