CALMING YOUR MIND

Updated: Sep 3, 2020

Meditating is one the most important skills to develop, particularly in these times when bringing our mind to peace is the key to keeping us healthy. Using „energy medicine“ tools such as EFT can immediately create relief from distress. EFT (Emotional Freedom technique), also known as tapping, is a tool that helps calm down our nervous system, eliminates unconscious blocks that keep us stuck, allows our immune system to reprogram itself and brings us into a state of health.

Some people may ask „Why did I get sick, and he/she did not?“ The reason is very simple. When our mind is out of balance, our bodys are out of balance. The stress that puts us out of balance comes in 3 forms:

- Physical stress (trauma, injury, accidents…)

- Chemical stress (toxins, pesticides, pollutants, bacterias, viruses,..)

- Emotional stress (job loss, divorce, loss of a loved one, single parenting…)

It is important to keep in mind though that WE HAVE CONTROL OVER OUR EMOTIONAL STATE. Whether we use EFT, meditation, mindfulness or some other modality, the physical, chemical and emotional stress disolves, and this is where our physiology, chemistry and even genes begin to change. There is enough scientific research and evidence and enough testimonials from people proving these energy medicine tools can do all that and more.

All these techniques help us release the negative emotions, recenter ourselves, bring us from the worries of the past and future back into the present moment. By practising these modalities for at least 15 minutes a day you can elevate your life from fear-based consioucness to love-based consciousness. As Dr. Joe Dispenza, a leading neuroscientist says, „If you change your energy, you change your life“.

MEDITATION MAKES OUR LIVES BETTER.

Stress is lower.

Our health improves.

Our relationships are better.

We are more patient with our children.

We can focus more on our work.

Problems seem smaller.

We feel peace and joy for life.

We are less likely to say things that we regret…
