Most of us would agree that love is the most essential thing in our lives, but we don’t live that way. We live for our careers; our money and whatever people think of us. Our fear-based thinking which creates all the negative emotions and beliefs you can name, makes our body to turn on internal stress response, so called „fight or flight “. When our stress response kicks in our immune system turns down because it requires the most energy in our body. However, your body is supposed to go into „fight or flight“ stress response only when your life is in imminent danger. But if you’re not in imminent danger, which we are not the majority of our time, the entire process means that your body is not functioning right. This means your immune system can be turned off or down for months, years, or even decades. Then it is only a matter of time when your body breaks down and when it breaks down it is always your weakest body part.

During this time period we learn subconsciously how to act when we are happy or angry, we learn from people around us on how to response, how to behave, how to make relationships, how to love ourselves and others, when it's safe to laugh, to sing or shine... and when it's not. We take these messages in from our surroundings and they become our automatic reality. We will continue to form new subconscious patterns as we grow but the essence of these patterns and beliefs are mostly set when we are young. Whatever programing we get in these 7 years, it will play 95% of the times for the rest of our life. Unless we change it. Our conscious mind is used only 5%! Out of the 95% of the subconscious thoughts 70% or more are negative.
The things you have in your life that you love are because you have a program that allows you to accept those things into your life. Anything you work hard at, struggle over, have to put a lot of effort into and it’s difficult, is because your programs don’t support that in your life. Your conscious mind is reaching for it, but something in your program is holding you back. The effort and struggle you feel is in trying to override a program. You’re working hard because you want it, but your subconscious says, “It’s not going to happen.”
However, you CAN change your patterns, no matter how long they have been with you. It just takes an honest look at yourself and deep dedicated work, so you can change the way you think and act and feel, and so that you can create the kind of the life for yourself that you desire. Your habitual emotional responses, negative thoughts and feelings can become unfamiliar after you train your brain in the right way.
